1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NHP Enterprise Fridge or associated digital services (app or website), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission) and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Overview

  • Access, view, and purchase stocked products
  • Make payments through integrated payment gateways
  • Track past transactions and manage accounts via the mobile app
  • Receive support and personalized services based on usage

3. User Accounts

a. Registration

You may need to create an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

b. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments & Transactions

  • All transactions must be paid through approved payment methods (e.g., SSLCOMMERZ, Bkash).
  • Prices listed include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds or disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction through official support channels.

5. Use of the Fridge

  • Treat the fridge and its contents with care
  • Only take items paid for
  • Close the door promptly after use
  • Avoid tampering with hardware or sensors

Violations may result in suspension of access and legal action.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect data to provide secure, seamless, and personalized service.

  • Purchase history

  • Device identifiers and sensor feedback

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and software associated with the NHP Enterprise Fridge remain the property of NHP Showcase. You may not duplicate, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Losses due to user negligence (e.g., unpaid items, unauthorized access)
  • Temporary unavailability of the fridge or app
  • Third-party service interruptions (e.g., payment gateway issues)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid during the last 30 days of usage.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified via email or app notifications. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the fridge or app at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Dhaka.
